We strictly produce the diamond wheels size 1" according to buyer's requirement, but buyer said our wheels hole size is smaller than 1", we doubted that and asked him to send back one piece to check it by ourselves and we are willing to afford the shipping fee, we also promised we will return all the wheels payment to him if we check the hole size is smaller than 1". The buyer agreed first but go back his word soon and directly apply for refund, we don't agree that and apply for Alibaba arbitration, Alibaba has given the final decision, the result is to close the dispute without refunds.
